1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website nkhelphandsfoundation.com ("Website") operated by NK Help Hands Foundation, a Section 8 Company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India (CIN: U88900BR2026NPL085766), with its registered office at Daranagar, Rohtas, Bihar – 821304, India ("NK Help Hands Foundation", "we", "us", "our", "the Foundation").

By accessing or using this Website, making a donation, registering as a volunteer or otherwise interacting with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website.

2. About the Foundation

NK Help Hands Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation working in the areas of food distribution, health checkup camps, skill development, marriage support for underprivileged girls and other social welfare activities, primarily across Rohtas, Bihar, and other parts of India.

3. Use of Website Content

  • All text, images, logos, graphics and other material on this Website are the property of NK Help Hands Foundation unless otherwise credited, and are protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark laws.
  • You may view, download and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, republication or distribution of any content for commercial purposes requires our prior written consent.

4. Donations

  • All donations made to NK Help Hands Foundation are voluntary contributions towards our charitable programmes and are accepted in good faith to be used solely for our stated causes.
  • Donations may currently be made via bank transfer, UPI or in coordination with our team over phone, email or WhatsApp, as indicated on our Contact & Donate page.
  • Our 80G/12A tax-exemption registration is in process. Until such certification is obtained and communicated, donations to NK Help Hands Foundation are not eligible for tax deduction under the Income Tax Act, 1961. Please refer to our current status by contacting us directly.

5. Volunteering & Communication

Any information you submit through our forms (contact, volunteering, newsletter subscription) is used solely to respond to your query, process your request or keep you updated about our activities, in line with our Privacy Policy.
